2014-15 Audited Financial Statements

In fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, the Women’s Foundation of California recorded $5.8 million in support and revenues and $5.6 million in expenses. We ended the year with net assets of $9.3 million.

The Women’s Foundation of California financial statements have been independently audited by the accounting firm of Crowe Horwath LLP and received an unqualified audit opinion as to their fair presentation in conformity with US generally accepted accounting principles.

Impact Investing with a Gender Lens

In 2012, the Foundation adopted a socially innovative impact investing approach that aligns our values and mission with our investments. We hold the belief, and data support, that investing in companies that do the right thing with regard to women’s leadership and pay outperform their competitors.
