Philanthropy Women Recognizes WFC for Leadership and Activism

The nominations for the 2020 Philanthropy Women Annual Leadership Awards were announced and we’re excited to share that the Women’s Foundation of California has been nominated for two awards this year! We’re honored to be recognized for the work we do and our commitment to gender, economic, and racial justice throughout California.

Our CEO, Surina Khan, has been nominated for the Breakthrough Award for Thought and Strategy Leadership and the Women’s Foundation was also nominated for its part in convening the Culture Change Fund for the Together We Stand Award for Collective Activism

You can show your support for Surina and the Women’s Foundation by voting here. Voting is open now and ends on December 15.

It’s an honor to be recognized among a field of incredible champions for gender justice nationwide from Serena Williams to Greta Thunberg. We are so proud of all the work we’ve accomplished this year, this wouldn’t be possible without your support and generosity.

Please take a minute to cast your vote and stay tuned for the results!

This work is powered by you.

The feminist future we are building together in California is going to be built by all of us sharing our time, our money, and our skills.  Please consider contributing today.

Together We Are Unstoppable.
