Jay Brissette (they/them) is a parent educator, professional development trainer, and community organizer born and raised in los angeles. jay’s work is informed by their training at the southern california counseling center (sccc) as a community counselor, certification through echo parenting as a trainer and parent educator, and their lived experiences as a black, trans, queer parent. with over 17 years of experience working with and advocating for youth and families, jay is invested in creating a future that centers and honors black families.
