As the Foundation’s Executive Administrator, Ally DeArman partners with our CEO, Leadership Team, and Board of Directors on the overall administration and operations of our virtual offices. Ally comes to the Foundation with more than a decade of event management and organizational leadership experience.
Previously, Ally worked at UC Berkeley Executive Education, directed the nonprofit Food Craft Institute & helped produce Oakland’s Eat Real Festival for ten years running. She served three years on the board of Community Foods Market, a food justice social enterprise in West Oakland. Ally has lived her entire life in California: born & raised in San Diego county, relocated to the Bay Area to attend Stanford University.
