Dulce is a bilingual Queer Chicana, whose passion and commitment to serve underrepresented communities is rooted in an anti-oppression framework that is evident through her 20 years of work experience, community organizing, and leadership. Currently, she is the Policy Director for the Office of Sexual Harassment and Assault, Response and Prevention (SHARP) for the County of San Francisco. As a survivor advocate, she has provided direct services to the LGBTQ+ community, youth, formerly incarcerated women, marginally housed individuals, and immigrant Latinas.
