Jessica Alcocer is the economic justice organizer for Inland Coalition for Immigrant Justice. She earned a B.A in Psychology and has used her experience in the mental health field, community organizing and political advocacy to problem solve with community members around issues that are at the intersection of mental illness and criminal justice. She was born in California and raised in Yucatan, Mexico with her two sisters and parents. In her spare time, she enjoys beach days with her dog Nova and learning how to keep her plants alive.
