Jobi is a cisgender, mother of four that has been with the Family Assistance Program for over nine years, starting her career with them as the Domestic Violence Health Advocate and currently as a Program Manager within the Domestic Violence Services area of the agency. Jobi, once a victim of domestic violence herself, thoroughly enjoys working with the clients through their transition process to emerge as
a survivor. Currently, Jobi is the Secretary for the San Bernardino County Health Center Governing Board, and serves as the Southern Region Representative for the California Partnership to End Domestic Violence. In 2023, Jobi began assisting the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office as a Domestic Violence Expert when necessary in a trial case. Being a support system for those that have none is an important piece to Jobi’s career, it takes a village and Jobi enjoys being part of the village for others.
