Liz Kroboth, MPH, is the California Program Manager at Transitions Clinic Network (TCN). She leads the organization’s efforts to expand the TCN model of embedding Community Health Workers (CHWs) with histories of incarceration in health systems in California and plays a key role in state policy work to develop sustainable funding for CHW positions. Liz’s prior experience includes managing training programs, curriculum development, teaching, and research. She was also a lead author on a policy statement on law enforcement violence that was adopted by the American Public Health Association in 2018. Liz is committed to decarcerating prisons and jails, ending law enforcement violence, and promoting health equity in communities most affected by these issues.
