Nicole Meda is from San Diego, CA and is the granddaughter of Syrian immigrants. As the Executive Administrator at the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), she supports the executive team in their efforts to increase equity and economic opportunity for formerly incarcerated adults. Nicole also manages a Get Out The Vote campaign and facilitates diversity training for staff. Her prior roles include a job coach for justice-involved adults and a counselor for foster youth, refugees, and low-income new mothers. She has previously volunteered with the Women’s Foundation advocating for SB 24 to support reproductive equity for college students. Nicole graduated from San Diego State University with a Master of Social Work, emphasis in Administration and Community Development, and two BAs in Psychology and Spanish.
