TaVia Iles

TaVia Wooley is CEO of TaVia W. Iles Communications. Prior to launching her own communications business TaVia worked in the social services field for 20 years. In that time working with various communities she realized the one thing that many communities lacked was the skills and resources to solve their own problems. Today TaVia uses her background in the social services field and her love for leadership and advocacy to teache individuals how to empower themselves in order to change their narrative. TaVia is from Northern Los Angeles County in the beautiful desert community of Lancaster. When she is not working she can be found enjoying arts and craft projects with her kids.
