Thuy Do is a native in Sacramento, CA after she and her family resettled from Vietnam. She is the California Program Manager at Southeast Asia Resource Action Center (SEARAC). In this role, Thuy leads state-level programming initiatives including event planning, technical support, coalition management, and partnership building. She is passionate about fostering strong partnerships, building the capacity of community leaders, and supporting advocacy activities and mobilization to advance SEARAC’s priorities in immigration, health, and education. With nearly 10 years of experience within the healthcare field in managing multiple projects, building diverse relationships, and working in collaborative environments, Thuy brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work. She is eager to continue creating positive change for the Southeast Asian community in California. In her free time, she enjoys guiding yoga and facilitates sound baths to encourage integrative wellness for the mind, body, and spirit.
