FEBRUARY 2026

COVID Safety

  • This event will be held in both indoor and open-air spaces. For the safety of everyone, we ask that all guests have updated COVID-19 vaccinations and everyone, regardless of vaccination status, take an at-home COVID-19 test 2-3 days prior to beginning travel and report test results by completing a questionnaire. We also ask that all attendees test and report their results  prior to gathering at an in-person event. Please DO NOT attend if results are positive, even if asymptomatic.

  • For those that might have difficulty procuring a test, we will have tests available on-site, however we prefer that testing be completed before arrival to ensure everyone’s safety.
  • For events where we are together for multiple days, we request attendees to test each day before gathering in person and submit their results by completing this questionnaire.

  • For those traveling by plane or other modes of public transportation, we ask that you wear an N95 mask while traveling in public places.
  • Masks are always welcome at in-person events. While they are not required, there are recommended. We will have masks available for those who wish to wear a mask while gathering in person.

Directions to Hotel

Directions to Korakia Pensione, located in the heart of Palm Springs, just a few short blocks from Palm Canyon Drive. The hotel is approximately 2 hours by car from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego, and just ten minutes from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP).

Parking

Self parking is available onsite for no additional charge.

Orchard House “Homebase”:

During our stay, we will have full access to the entirety of the Mediterranean Villas (east side of property). The Orchard House will serve as our WFC HQ and can be accessed by all staff throughout our time at Korakia.

Weather

The inland desert climate in February can be chilly though most typically sees warm days and cool evenings. Daytime high temperatures are usually in the mid-to-high 70s. Evening and morning temperatures will be cooler, often falling into the lower 50s.

  • Everyday clothes & evening outfits
    (your own style)
  • Tennis shoes or comfy footwear
  • Jacket/sweater for cool mornings & evenings
  • *NOTE: bring extra warmth/layers for our outdoor sound bath*
