Election Day is November 2, 2010. Candidates are gearing up for the end of their campaigns, and absentee ballots are arriving in our mailboxes. You might be wondering how to vote! To make it easier for you to understand the issues, the Women’s Foundation of California analyzed the propositions from the perspective of women and girls in California, and created a voter guide.

You can grab our voter guide online now!

California needs policies that ensure that women and families do more than just survive. We want to see women build the skills and resources necessary to thrive. Our recommendations are based upon our experience partnering with low-income women and families, immigrants and communities of color.

While we can’t advise you on the candidates for elected positions, we can certainly share with you what we would ask if we were holding the debates. Click here for our questions. And if you have a chance to ask the candidates yourself, please do!
