Storytelling is a powerful tool that has been used for centuries to inspire empathy, teach community values, foster a sense of belonging, and move us to action. Join Ashton Lattimore, Prism’s Editor-in-Chief, and special guests for a panel discussion on the importance of using Journalism as Storytelling and its impact on a larger narrative shift in journalism. They’ll be centering on the importance storytelling has had on BIPOC activists and communities throughout history and how it’s being used today in journalism to disrupt narratives, push forward solutions & policy, and power impact and change in the fight for progress.
