This paper, “Learning, Leveraging and Giving for High Impact,” presents the first round of results from the Partnership for Women’s Prosperity (PWP), a professional learning community we’re part of. The paper looks broadly at how women’s foundations have put social innovation at the center of their grantmaking strategies in supporting women-led nonprofits in their communities. It also presents strategies and models for creating effective pathways to women’s economic security and stability.
The PWP partners include: New York Women’s Foundation, Washington Area Women’s Foundation, Women’s Foundation of California, Women’s Foundation for a Greater Memphis, Women’s Foundation of Minnesota, and the Women’s Foundation of Mississippi.
