Colleen supports changemakers in finding their way through the maze of policies, politics, and committees in pursuit of social change goals. Colleen has worked on a variety of social change projects in nonprofits, a national association, the Peace Corps, as staff to a progressive elected County Supervisor, and as County staff in a Civil Rights Office. She has supported issues related to violence prevention, the environment and community choice energy, early childhood education, civil rights, palliative care, criminal justice reform, and healthcare for the uninsured. She holds a Masters of Public Administration degree from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and is mama to three cool kids.
