We are at the threshold of this new year, each day clamoring with alarm, urging us to gather, to move together, to transform. Amidst unrelenting attacks on bodily autonomy and civil rights, we are finding new (and enduring) ways to move our resources, not just our dollars, but also our love, rage, and vision.
As we honor Black History Month, we are reminded that the fight for justice is ongoing, and we are called to reflect on the ways wealth, power, and resources have been and continue to be tools of liberation. Our Money, Ourselves is not just a workshop, it is a call. A call for women and gender-expansive people who know money is energy, that wealth is not just capital but possibility. It is for those ready to shift, to activate, and to learn together, in the spirit of the collective resistance that has always shaped our movements for freedom.
Join us February 12 & 13, 2025 for a virtual gathering, in partnership with the Just Economy Institute, held 9:15 AM – 3:45 PM PT / 12:15 – 6:45 PM ET each day. Led by Akaya Windwood and an amazing group of changemakers, we will remember and reimagine what is possible when we center love and liberation in how we move resources.
This space is for:
- Foundation leaders and board members
- Donors and wealth-shifters
- Nonprofit leaders and fundraisers
- Social justice investors and entrepreneurs
- Financial activists who refuse to play by the old rules
There is a sliding scale fee to attend, because we move with an ethic of access and abundance.

The moment is asking for more than survival—it’s asking for movement.
